Zorzini Manways

Zorzini manway doors and manhole covers are known the world over for their beauty, quality and excellent reputation in the winery, brewery and food processing industries.

Rectangular doors are often used on red wine tanks to speed the removal of cap or must from the bottom of the tank.  The rectangular shape better accommodates shovels so that the cleaning process can be accomplished quickly.  A rectangular door is often used in combination with an oval racking door to determine when the proper amount of wine has been removed from the tank.

Zorzini Oval Swing-In/Swing-Out

Often used as a racking door to visually inspect the remaining tank contents, this swing-in-swing-out door makes it easier to avoid sucking up debris from the bottom of the tank.

Tassalini Valves

Tassalini valves and fitting are the preferred choice in the winery, brewery and food processing industries.  All Tassalini valves are easy to sterilize and disassemble.  We offer both butterfly and ball valves to meet your needs.

Tubing

We stock a wide variety of stainless steel tubing ranging from 1/2" up to 6" diameter.  We also carry the Plymouth/Trent austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel line used in food and beverage industries.  These products are used for beverage, dairy, and food industries.

Stainless Camlock Fittings

We offer 316 stainless steel camlocks to rapidly connect and disconnect fluid fittings.  Camlocks provide quick, tight, leakproof connections to hoses and tanks without additional tools.  We carry Types A, B, C, D, E, F, FA, HA, AW, DW, and more.

Tank Washers

The M-series tank washer is a breakthrough in CIP tank cleaning.  Patented channeled water jet streams in a true 360 degree spray and unique self-cleaning features provide trouble free operation.  No lubrication is required other than the cleaning fluid itself.  The M-series is specifically designed for the wine, food, beverage, dairy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Fittings and Filters

We offer fittings and gaskets from Tri-Clamp, Bevel Seat, DIN, and SMS.  We can supply you with level gauges, sight glass, pressure gauges, sanitary pressure gauges, spray balls, and M-series rotary tank washers.  We carry polished and unpolished OD tubes and elbows in 90*, 45*, and 180* elbows.  Padovan plate and frame filters, imported from Italy, for still and carbonated beverages, sparkling wines and beer.
