In addition to being a manufacturer of high quality tanks, we also specialize in traditional welding functions involving metals and alloys. Our welders have expert knowledge of electric, gas, and other welding processes and the skill to apply these processes in manufacturing, repairing, modifying, rebuilding, and assembling various types of metal and alloy parts, equipment, systems, and structures such as buildings, aircraft, trucks, and RV's.

Shearing

Our highly skilled craftsmen can cut sheet metal to any size from our roll stock.  Shears are used as the preliminary step in preparing stock for stamping processes.

Sandblasting

Sometimes called bead blasting, we can smooth, shape, and clean hard surfaces by forcing sand particles across that surface at high speeds.  The effect is similar to sand paper but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners.

Torch and Plasma Cutting

We use this process to cut steel and other metals using a plasma torch.  In this process, an inert gas is blown at high speeds out of a nozzle while an electrical arc is formed through that gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut.  With this, some of the gas is turned into plasma.
